Our normal deadlines are 24 hours for the processing of your order then 5 to 8 working days for delivery.
However, in view of the current health situation, these deadlines are extended from 11 to 18 working days on average.

We’ll ping you an email with tracking information. Some shipping companies take 2-3 business days for the tracking to update in their system. Also note that for logistical reasons, different items of the same order can sometimes be sent in separate packages, unless you have specified combined shipping.

In order for our customer service team to assist you as quickly as possible, please include your order number, full name, and shipping address.
If the shipping address is incorrect, you need to email us within an hour of placing the order. We can’t 100% guarantee that we’ll have time to rectify the error, so we always recommend double checking your order before you pay.
If your order was shipped to an incorrect address as provided in your contact details, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can proceed with the replacement.
